What is Pure Network Marketing? (Part 2)

Hi All,

I did some search on the "Pure Network Marketing" today to see if I can find if anyone out there who has the same wave length with me on this subject... Well, I noticed that many uses the word "Pure Network Marketing" as part of their company name... and only after a few pages I found something close... The author however is not a proponent of MLM but he (or she) kinda wishes more "Pure MLM" out there in the market...

I've got to emphasis that this site is neither mine nor related to me in anyway... it some site that I just googled up today...

Among the writer's aspiration of a Pure MLM is as highlighted above...

For most MLMs, the product is really a mere diversion from the real profit-making dynamic: the recruiting of distributors.  The product is not the incentive to join an MLM. Otherwise people might have shown an interest in selling this particular product or service before in the real world. The product is the excuse to attempt to legitimate the real money-making engine. It's "the cover."

Hmm.. so someone out there really see this thing about product in MLM... it is even called a "diversion" and "excuse to attempt to legitimate the real money-making engine"

MLMs work by geometric expansion,

Spot on!!!

A non-ponzi MLM would have multiple levels of compensation, however without any upfront fees.  In a pure multi-level marketing, the more you sell, the more you receive as compensation however you never have to pay anything to earn the right to receive a commission for your sales .  Unfortunately, very few MLM schemes are "pure MLM"

Agree, Pure MLM is to have multiple levels of compensation proportional to sales without any upfront fees (or any kind of maintenance as right to receive commission)... yes, very few MLM schemes are "Pure MLM" - my hands are up!!

Although the author generally view MLM in a not-so-good light in the article but we can see his/her view and aspiration on how a Pure MLM or Pure Network Marketing should be like.

What Is Pure Network Marketing? (Part 1)

Hi All,

As promised, here I will attempt to answer the 1st of the many questions I have listed on my 1st posting... Btw, if anyone of you out there has any additional questions, please do not hesitate to leave a comment and I'll reply with the best that I can...

So, what is Pure Network Marketing?

To make the long story short, I'll begin with what is familiar with most of us... the current Network Marketing industry.

The current Network Marketing Industry is well known with terms like Direct Selling, Multi-level Marketing or MLM, Binary etc.  Most if not all of which involves selling products or services.  The difference of Network Marketing is how the profit or mark-up from the sales is being distributed... rather than distributing it (traditionally) to the owners or shareholders it is distributed back to the distributor or the sales person proportional to their direct (and indirect) effort in generating the sales in a predetermined distribution formula.  Credit has to be given to Amway (a MLM company) for pioneering this concept where one can also be paid from his or her indirect effort in producing the sales.  So, rather that being stingy with the skills that one posses he or she is encouraged to teach or duplicate them so that his or her earnings can multiply exponentially in the predetermined distribution formula. So far this is all common knowledge, good stuff, good intention and all... nothing new...

Until now...

If we look closely and synthesize (break down) the figures... something NEW can be discovered.  Well, the selling price of a (traditional) MLM company includes the following...
1) Cost of goods (or services) in which the manufacturer (or service provider) makes his profit.
2) MLM company mark-ups in which to provide for their predetermined distribution formula, expenses and some profit for the company.

Now there may be many reasons why someone get themselves involve in MLM but the main reason I believe is that one can attain financial freedom in MLM... to be more specific, many chooses MLM to attain financial freedom because of the predetermined distribution formula (or compensation scheme). Pure Network Marketing focuses on just that... Financial freedom thru predetermined distribution formula.  To focus on that Pure Network Marketing dropped goods (and services) from its offering so that its distributors or members (who just want to attain financial freedom) can enjoy the saving of not having to pay for any product (or services).

*One need to understand that profit is "created" when you decided to "name" it.  It can be just by asking someone "Can you give me a dollar?" and if a dollar is given you have just made a dollar "profit".  It doesn't need any product (or services) to be an excuse... This may be a bomb shell to many and some call it paradigm shift.

Now, the BIG question is why would anyone with the right frame of mind would like to give anyone "pure" profit?

Proposition like attaining a maximum DAILY income of $5000 within a reasonable period of time would sound pretty attractive for someone to give someone a "pure" profit of $200 once in a lifetime, wouldn't you agree?

Now, the challenge is to show that the proposition above is REALLY possible... and let me tell you with Pure Network Marketing the above is HIGHLY POSSIBLE...
